Chicken thighs (Air Fryer), Nigerian Style

- Chicken thighs (about 794 g)
- Garlic powder
- Fresh parsley
- Vinegar
- Brown sugar
- Cumin
- Lime juice
- Peri-peri mayo
- Olive oil spray
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 394°F (201°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry; cut into even pieces for quick, even cooking.
- Toss with oil and seasonings until lightly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket—do not overcrowd.
- Air-fry for 9 minutes; shake or flip halfway for even browning.
- Continue cooking 12 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
- Rest 2–3 minutes to let juices redistribute.
- Serve hot with peri-peri mayo and arepa dough.
