Ingredients
- Chicken thighs (about 512 g)
- Baking powder
- Brown sugar
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Lime juice
- Cornstarch
- Lemon-garlic yogurt
Steps
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry; cut into even pieces for quick, even cooking.
- Toss with oil and seasonings until lightly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the basket—do not overcrowd.
- Air-fry for 6 minutes; shake or flip halfway for even browning.
- Continue cooking 8 minutes until crisp and cooked through.
- Rest 2–3 minutes to let juices redistribute.
- Serve hot with lemon-garlic yogurt and quinoa.
